House of the marble
A perfect example of American classic design.
The house felt into our hands almost ready - we had to reconstruct it because it was bought back in 2006.
We suggested to use natural materials, for instance, marble. And since we are not looking for easy ways we have come up with a unique marble floor design in the form of a logical structure of rhombuses. So the entire marble floor in the house was custom-made.
Moldings as the main element of American style are made of plaster, which is considered to be the most natural and authentic material for this decor.
The redevelopment also took a long time. Instead of the foreseen technical rooms we created a swimming pool and a spa area: with a hamam and a massage room. We turned the planned garage into a living room and radically redesigned the staircase totaling 5 floors.
Moreover, modern technologies allow and we, surely, using duct ventilation, heat pumps and a “smart home” system for maximum comfort of residents.
